How to book your holiday.

A deposit of one third (to the nearest £) is required. The balance of the rent is payable not less than one month before the holiday start date. Bookings made within one month must be accompanied by the full payment.

Check the price of your chosen week from the relevant price chart and then ring on 01437 763732 or send a reservation enquiry to discover whether it is available.

Postal

Print the word document booking Form downloaded here, complete the details and send it to us by first class post with your deposit payment of one third of the total price (to the nearest pound).

Cheques payable to "T. Arthur" please. Written confirmation will be sent by return. Further information about the location, directions and contacts will be sent to you when we have received your balance.

Telephone

If you wish to pay the deposit by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD please have your card ready when you telephone. We will take your card / contact details and make an immediate booking.

If you pay the deposit by credit or debit card there is no card fee.
Balances paid by credit card are surcharged 1.5%. but there is no surcharge on balances paid by debit (Maestro Delta etc.) cards.
If the booking is within one month and the full rental is being paid at the time of booking, credit cards are charged 1% of the total but there is no charge for debit cards.
