Coastal Village Bungalow, Broad Haven, Pembrokeshire
This recently built traditional bungalow is situated in a quiet residential close in the village of Broad Haven within 200 yards of the wide sandy beach. It was completely renovated in 2005 and now offers comfortable and convenient accommodation for couples or families wishing to enjoy a traditional beach holiday or as a central base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
The accommodation
The open plan living room with oak laminate flooring contains a sofa, comfortable seating, antique Welsh dresser and circular pine dining table and chairs. T.V /video/dvd is provided there is also a cd /radio. The modern fitted kitchen contains new electrical appliances including microwave, fridge, oven, hob, and washing machine. There is a full range of matching crockery, utensils and glasses. The general décor is light and airy.
The kitchen door leads to an enclosed lawned garden with picnic bench. Beyond a level paved path is the parking area where there are spaces for up to two cars. A lockable garden shed provides storage for bikes or surfboards.
Across the hallway are two bedrooms - one with a double bed the other with twin beds. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over the bath. The front door opens to a small garden leading to a pedestrian way to the beach. All heating, bedding, towels etc. are included. Beds are made up ready. There are NO extra charges. The property sleeps 4 people maximum plus a baby in cot. A cot and high chair can be provided at no extra charge if requested in advance.
The Bungalow is carefully prepared for your arrival. The exacting standards of the Wales Tourist Board’s annual Star Grading inspection assures visitors that facilities, equipment and upkeep are vigorously maintained. This is a No Smoking - No Pets property. It is heated by Economy 7 electricity storage and convector heaters.
The Galleon pub, The village Post Office / Londis Store (with an in-store bakery and off-licence) is a short walk along the promenade. The acclaimed Nautilus Restaurant and Bar overlooks the beach.
Weekly bookings run from FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. Short breaks are available from October to March except during school holidays. Please see price chart and booking information.
